RISD

We created a campaign to introduce the next generation of makers and give an inside look at RISD.

Beginning as a catalog and evolving into a dynamic digital experience fueled by user-generated content, RISD Feed presented an unfiltered lens into the MFA graduates uncovering objects of curiosity, literature, sketches, and an inside glimpse into their studios that shed light on the artistic process that so often goes unseen by art’s traditional viewers.

Great artists attract great artists. Feed Forward Feedback investigated the collective, raw inquiry of the RISD MFA graduates to do just that.

INSIDE THE MFA EXHIBITION

Released during the Thesis Exhibition, the RISD Feed Forward Feedback publication gave the audience reminiscence of the artist's practice without presumption.

MFA REPRESENTATION

Empowered MFA students to upload content directly into exhibition and departmental websites, giving the graduate student body direct control over how their art and process was shared.

ARTIST INTERVIEWS

FEED FORWARD FEEDBACK PRINT PUBLICATION

Found objects, quotes, images of studios, dogeared literature, and dialogue between the Dean of Graduate Studies and the graduate body, the Feed Forward Feedback became an expression of the RISD MFA.
